Delivery & Returns


1.1 We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders - some Islands and remote location may incur a small cost, however we will contact you as soon as possible if this is the case. This happens on very rare occasions.

1.2 You have the option at checkout to upgrade your shipping method to  'express' delivery for a small fee.

1.3 Express delivery can be a number of different methods, and we will use the most effective one based on the size and value of your order. In any case the this option does not just mean that we use a faster delivery method but also that your order is given priority for manufacture and also that it is sent at open of business in a morning rather than waiting until our daily collection at 3 pm.

1.4 We ship worldwide and the pricing structure of our prices for any item outside of the UK can be found on our FAQ page, but you can also use the shipping calculator in the cart.

1.5 Standard orders are sent out using Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please note delivery times are based on the Royal Mail delivery so can vary.  We do not offer refunds for items that don't arrive on time, as we don't offer guaranteed deliveries. So please order you items in plenty of time for the occasion.

1.6 We aim to process all orders within 24 hours then shipping times will apply. Your orders are estimated to arrive within 3 - 5 days, and express 1-2 days.

1.7  On very occasions our fantastic products don't reach their intended recipient (which makes us very sad.) In the unlikely event that your order doesn't arrive when expected please get in touch by any method on the Contact page, quoting your order number. If it has been more than 30 days since the original shipping date, you will need to contact Royal Mail directly.

1.8 Large orders (over £50) will be sent by 48 hour tracked courier. A signature will be required for these deliveries.





2.1 If you purchase a product which is shipped we offer a 30 day, no quibble returns policy. The item must be sent back in a brand new resellable condition, otherwise refunds can not be made. Unfortunately we can not cover the returns postage cost of the item.

2.2 If your product is damaged on arrival please let us know within 3 business days via any method of contact that you so wish, just let us know your name, order number, item(s) damaged, please retain all packaging and/ or take photos of the packaging and photos of the damage.

2.3 Obviously you can not return goods that are provided as a service, (for example the website in the wedding package) however we do have a cancellation policy of all our services, which is again 30 days from the date of purchase. If your product was placed using a deposit scheme then you will be entitled to your refund minus the deposit (in other words the deposit is non refundable.) If you paid for your service in full and you cancel your item with your first 30 days, then you will only be billed for the work that has taken place up until this point. You will receive an itemising invoice confirmation before your service is cancelled.

2.4 Please contact us before you send your item(s) back so we can guide you through the process, if you send your item back without prior contact we can not guarentee that your return and subsequent refund will be processed.

2.5 Any physical item that is bespoke and/ or personalised is exempt from our 30 day money back guarantee, and as such is none refundable, you can cancel the product at any point up until it is manufactured. (Unless the item is defective.)

2.6  If your product(s) have qualified for a free vouchers/ giftcards/ loyalty points etc and your order is returned under our 30 day money back guarantee, the free voucher/ giftcard must be returned as well. If the qualifying products aren't returned then the voucher/ Giftcard amount will be deducted from the money refunded. If you return part of the order then please refer to the terms of the specific voucher/ giftcard. The loyalty points your earn for each product will be removed upon their return.

2.7 Our 30 day money back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights, in particular any right you have to return the goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations.

2.8 Orders can be cancelled up until they are shipped, unless they are bespoke in which can they can be cancelled up until the point of manufacture. We intend to manufacture and ship orders within 24 hours.
